Celeste joined Cohen Rabinowitz in 2025, bringing with her a background in oil and gas law and a strong foundation in transactional work. Licensed in both Texas and New Mexico, she focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, development, and financing matters. Prior to joining the firm, Celeste worked in the oil and gas sector, where she gained valuable experience negotiating contracts, analyzing title, and advising clients on mineral and surface use issues. That work instilled a deep understanding of land use and ownership rights she now brings to real estate deals involving complex title matters and multi-party negotiations.
