Molly represents clients in complex real estate transactions, focusing on shopping center, office and industrial leasing. Prior to joining Cohen Rabinowitz, Molly was with the firm of Golden Steves & Gordon LLP in San Antonio where she represented a regional supermarket chain in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of numerous grocery stores and grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout Texas and the negotiation of documents related thereto, including, but not limited to, purchase and sale contracts, declarations, site development agreements.
